Hello, I have worked on this for a few hours now and nothing is working as outlined on the link. I did check processes in Task Manager and Pidgin is not running. I have removed it, deep cleaned the registry, reloaded it several times. Still no joy. Everything else works on my computer. Pidgin worked for a month and now this.
I can’t spend any more time on this – I have to get to work so will deal with this when I have nothing to do (which is rare). I have informed my management that I am off of Pidgin. If it's not running, it could be crashing when it opens. Just to double check, can you follow the instructions at https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/TipsForBugReports#ObtainingaDebugLog to get a debug log, and attach it along with the Pidgin.rpt file that lives at %appdata%\.purple in an email reply back to us.
