The Truth of the Mendacity
When we talk about events in former Yugoslavia and the crisis which awfully struck that country in the last decade of the last century we must realize that it was followed, as never before in human history, with the enormous specter of magic tricks and most deceptive propagandist machinery. First time it happened that one side in a battle won the war using the PR activities and visual media's giant influence in the modeling of the universal public opinion . It proved the Goebells' genius-genial or genital idea "that a lie repeated millions of time becomes later the undeniable truth for ever." One side in the conflict had been depicted for many years with the most frightful and most ill-famed colors - the Serbian! - the nation capable of doing nothing else but evil-deeds! In the same time the other, Moslem-Croatian side, has been represented as it was the mere reincarnation of the pure goodness and innocence.
Any kind of mendacity against Serbs had been tacitly accepted among those circles we conventionally name - the intellectual elite, regardless of their origin, race or nation. Even the great number of Serbian "sages" and "wisemans" zealously supported the main stream and odd fashion of lies and denunciations, seeing that it can be very "redeeming" and, additionally, it can bring them "respect" in society and a full purse of complacency, including the numberless hours of an idle enjoyment and infertile hedonistic delight. One could say, the most horrible disease of prevaricated and contaminated brains seized those who were supposed to be superego (conscience) of the mankind or, at least, of their own nation. Is it possible at all to find the reason for a such, ostrich-sand "quid pro quo" behavior to which many cerebrocortical "machines" indulged without the slightest resistance? What is the promiscuous "denominator" of all kind of falsehoods and misapprehensions. Obviously it is not a sentiment of any sort neither impulse of honesty nor a rational sensing for justice and truth.
It seems, there are no other driving force and motivation which would be able to canalize the activities of the modern human being except money. Juno Moneta turns the world go round or money turns everything to crap? The selection in the world of politics, thanks to greed and selfishness, appears to be so ill-omened that we hardly can expect anything else but a doomsday and permeative apocalypse. Persons who believe the calamity will have outflanked them probably have learned nothing from the human latest history and have forgotten how the World War 1 and 2 started. If you have caused someone else's wretchedness, you cannot expect that destiny is going to be merciful against you.
According to historical events almost one hundred years ago, Serbia was the site where a different kind of mishap could have happened. Germans declared war to Serbia in 1914 and one of their erstwhile most used saying buzzed: Serbia muss sterben! /Serbia must die! /. Naturally, it is hard to say are these circumstances in Serbia the same or similar to those earlier times, but it is impossible not to spot some astonishing traces of resemblance. This time Kinkel did not repeat above-mentioned killing sentence, but he could not be silent and said that he "wants to see Serbia on her knees". The words were different but the sense in all probability could not deviate much of the prior mind-blowing German hatred against Serbs .
Let us try to find the answer to the most puzzled question in the modern history of mankind. Why the Serbian people (small by numbers and without any visible power of influence in the field of global politics and events) were pushed into the world bloody arena as the most dangerous beasts? Is there any geo-strategic, economic, social or any other interest for creating a "fundamental" foe of the human race, i. e. someone who could have been a clear "evidence" that evil still exists "among us"? Generally taken, it is hard to believe that Serbia's soil could be a subject of any serious importance to the only left superpower (USA). Someone might have concluded, they (USA, NATO World capital) needed Serbia to build military facilities (for instance, compound Bondstil) in their "Drang nach Osten" towards Russia? Of course, if this were the truth, why the West did not use the Serbian authorities, which have been under "occidental" control for decades (Milosevic, Djindjic, Kostunica, Tadic)? On the other hand, the USA already have more reliable allies in their Russian "affair" (Baltic lands, Poland, Ukraine) and Serbian territory is far a way (completely aside) of that "road". As far as economic reasons were in question, it is clear that Serbia is not Siberia.
We came to the point where we, it seems, have to concentrate our attention to the "social level" of the recent Serbian excommunication from the list of the nations of the world, whose behavior is "acceptable", well designed and (most important) desired in those circles who are controlling the "golden bridle" of Good and Evil. Are the Serbs the victims of a "miraculous" psychotic-social experiment, which main characteristic are the killing of the collective spirit and the butchery of the national sense and similar feelings which have been immanent to human being from the ancient times (even primordial)? The Serbian history got to be erased so meticulously and not a single trace of their existence on the Earth got to be left recognizable? If so, a logical question appears: what the Serbs have done in reality to be so mercilessly condemned by the rest of the "happy" World Commune (Communion, Commun/al/ism)? Did they attack any of their neighbors? The Serbs were the constituent part of the former Republics in Yugoslavia (more than 30% of population in Bosnia and more than 10% in Croatia) and they tried to defend the state where they lived - at those times the legal member of the United Nations. Did the Serbs commit any kind of aggression? In this place, let us draw a parallel with one other state in Europe. Great Britton for example. What would have happened in case the Englishmen were fighting for the survival of their Empire? Would they've also been declared as "aggressors" and "enemies" of the human society and other nations in GB as "innocent victims", despite the fact they are defending their own country?
Obviously, those things, which are unthinkable on the turf of the"free world", appeared to be quite suitable for the territories of the former Yugoslavia.
