I think, given the timescale, it's probably a mistake to specify a
particular speaker - or, indeed, any other system component or maintenance
contractor. It might be better to concentrate on writing a detailed and
technology neutral 'minimum system specification' allowing replacements of
anything by any competent person at any time.
