Look on the front, lower right of the face of the machine and there should be a
Type/Serial tag there. Drop me a direct note or one here and I can tell you more
about the machine. I have a feeling it's going to be an 8530-A21 machine, in
which case the 44 pin motherboard connector and cable will end in a card edge
connector that goes ont he back of a standard PS/2 style MCA drive. It is
probably MFM if the drive itself shows a type number, probably a type 30 for a
20mb or a 33 for a 30mb.
The machine has the microchannel card slots, right?
