The microsolutions backpack cdrom I have (but not in use currently) comes
with dos drivers and works fine in dos, although the sound card was not
included with it and so a patch cable from the rear jack of the cdrom to
the jack on the soundcard was necessary if I wished to play music. No big
deal since I have a nice stereo in the room and it sounds MUCH better than
the computer. It plays vinyl records too! Love my vinyl!
