You'll still see the correct hebrew ASCII from DOS, but backword,
and with the all time famous ~1 LFN sign.
Some programs like Norton Commander (DOS) cant even access these
directories. You can access them, though, from pure DOS using the
CD command and writing the name using ALT+nn or a TSR for writing
in hebrew at the prompt.
Good thing that MS etleast used the normal hebrew ASCII for the
hebrew filenames/dir-names in LFN...
