Some programs like Norton Commander (DOS) cant even access these
directories. You can access them, though, from pure DOS using the
CD command and writing the name using ALT+nn or a TSR for writing
in hebrew at the prompt.

Good thing that MS etleast used the normal hebrew ASCII for the
hebrew filenames/dir-names in LFN...
