The 0.0.0.0 at the buttom of the screen sounds like your IP.
Are you connected using an internet provider or a network?
If you are connected via an internet provider, I would check if they
got a random IP or a fixed IP. If they have a random IP, go to your
dialer setup (in the dialer screen, press "Setup"), and choose the
"Random IP" option.
If you have a fixed IP, again, go to the dialer setup and choose
the "Fixed IP" option. Then just fill the field near the "Fixed IP"
title with your fixed IP.
Hope that this is indeed the problem.
