Hi Chad,
The Microsoft cards which you have will need a bus mouse
and they will not take a PS/2 mouse.
I have read that there is a hybrid mouse which can be
used on both PS/2 (motherboard) and serial ports, but as
far as I know no bus mouse is compatible with either of
those interfaces.
