My glide pad comes with an adapter so you can use it either with serial
port or ps/2 port. It works really well on the ibm PS/1 although my
regular mouse with the adapter (serial mouse) didn't show up at all.
The glide pad will work on any mouse interface, just won't have it's fancy
special features outside of the windows environment. It has scroll, surf,
zoom and programmable button features in windows.
