Not by my book. Etleast, not exactly that.
For me, such an interface, in order to be a successful combination
should allow a good integration, and comfortable to use (the user
wouldnt have to move hands from keyboard to mouse and back all the
time.). Also, file managers such as norton commander are quick
to load and to exit. You can make Norton to stop being a load on
the memory with an exit that takes less then a second, and make
it load back in about 1 second. You cant really say that on Windows.
