No idea. However, I have TPE.LZH in my download archives; if you can handle a
200K+ mail message I'll be glad to send it to you and let you play around
with it.
There's also VEDIT (there's both a commercial and a shareware version) that
can handle huge files. Might want to hunt around for it.
