Hi, Per is right. The files are definitely there at:

in the pub/drdos/drdos.703
directory. There is a 6.2 MB SFX file for the complete five-disk program; a
directory with disk image files; a directory with pnw the Personal NetWare
program (the same as the pnw files for DR-DOS 7.02; some readme and license
files.
There is also a directory for CPM version 2.2, DRDOS7.02 OpenDOS 7.01 and
an Info directory with the FAQ file in SGML and ASCII formats
and some other stuff. One time I got a fast connection with Net-Tamer
version 1.12, November 26, 1999 Beta, and another try the server did not
make contact.
