Here's something.
I have been using in addition to IRC another "chat" service
named The Palace. (IRC + graphics. Better then Comic Chat.)
Several days ago (a week?) I tried to access their site, which
have been updated.. and I faced a "your browser is old" message,
and a note to upgrade. (using Netscape 3.04g).
I written them a letter... and got a response.
I thought that you might want to read it. I saved it as a text-file
and uploaded it to the following URL:
