hi everyone:
well the latest saga in the harddrive tale is that i am going to backup my
data, and reformat the drive to see if this solves the problem. scandisk
suggest that something may be physically wrong with the drive, but as it is
not that old, a few months, i want to try to save it if i can. this will
present two challenges, one is finding a new monitor in a hurry <see chapter
one> and second is a suggestion made to me about the backup itself. i
understand that you can backup your hard drive online for free? while i am
perfectly willing to use msbackup, if i can find a way to backup only the
data and not the programs, i want to explore all possibilities. has anyone
here had experience with on line backups?
thanks,
karen l
