Hello Folks...
I just wanted to say thanks to all for the great discussion....I still
have a long way to go before I'm any kind of linux expert but it sure is
fun.
Thanks Bob for the apt-get suggestion, I'll check into that.
Marc, using a small UMSDOS linux as a 'rescue disk' for a
larger ext2 linux on the same drive is a very cool idea.... It never
occurred to me. When I eventually move to an ext2 system there will
definitely be a 'slice' of UMSDOS linux there to cover my butt too...
