Well, it's NOT that great of a system, a lot of people are having a lot of
trouble with the lack of legacy support. It breaks with legacy equipment
and software and you can't play your old favorite games or use old hardware
of any kind. It sounds like it's fairly stable though. The network
support issue in this case includes stronger network security and better
network integration.
Personally I wouldn't waste time on any OS that hasn't been publicly
available at least a year, and updated since.
