That line does exist in his posted config.sys
but it should be moved to the third line from
where it is located now.

Setting up QEMM to use DPMI services might be a bit
complex (my opinion).

600k?  With all the drivers he is loading that seems
a bit optimistic to me.

He might be better off to use DrDOS NWCACHE first then
try smartdrv later.  Not BOTH.
