I'm not running Red Hat so I can't double check up on their FHS
compliance.  But I've noticed 2 oddities with SuSE.  Tell me if I'm
misunderstanding the FHS (I've got FHS 2.0, /usr/doc/FHS/)...

- there's no /etc/X11 (p. 10).  This is supposed to contain
  host-specific X11 config files. As far as I can tell, on
  SuSE these are in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11.

- /sbin/init.d?  (p. 13)  /sbin is supposed to contain only
  system administration binaries.  Personally, I would expect
  init.d to be found among the host-specific files in /etc.
