This surely is not the verbatim message. There are many possible problems: Do you hava a SCSI system and forgot to
compile the SCSI driver in. Maybe you forgot the needed filesystem(s).
Many other possibilites. In order to be able to help you we need to know:
- description of the hardware Is this processor and detailed m/b description?
- the exakt error message (not some interpretation) ' UNABLE TO OPEN AN INITIAL CONSOLE"
- the config of the kernel Can you tell me how to make a copy of the kernel suitable to send to you. The compiles file is 498+k.> System is a 133Mhz intel pentium and a houston board.
