Lotsa luck. A failure of RedHat to respond to a single one of
my support emails is why I turned to SuSE. I had the same
registration problem (bought from SuSE direct.) It took them
about 1.5 weeks to answer my email. Before I waited that long
I called the 800 number and gave someone my name address etc.
and they sent out a new card complete with the SO key about a
week later, I think. I don't know how the 800 people will deal
with a box bought at a store rather than direct - but it's worth
a try.
