I'll break a spare...
I've had two problems with suse. I think it was on version 5.3 when i've
any kind or trouble that don't let me register (don't remember what
exactly, could be registration page was down). Anyway, i send a message
to support team with another trouble explainin' that i'm not a
registrate user because i couldn't register my suse. They answer my
question without problems.
In that version too, the first CDs burned with YaST has a trouble in
english process instalation related to partitioning HD. That's not very
serveral, as i did an fdisk from a boot disk and, with the partitions
stablished in that way, i could run the installation process without
more troubles. Anyway, i sent a mail to support team tellin about the
trouble, then they send a mail to another department wich sent me a new
CD (first of package) with a fixed YaST without charge in a few days.
Perhaps now they're a bit "overflowed" with the exponential grown of
LiNUX, i hope (and think) this is a transitory situation that *must* be
corrected anyway.
Anyway, i'd like to listen any SuSE guy explained what's up with this...
Good luck dudes, and have a good one.
(and excuse my poor english, hope you've understand (or, at least
understood) me)
