I had been wondering the same thing, and not hearing anything back, just went
ahead and did it. If you just follow the standard upgrade procedure (look in
the 5.3 or 6.0 manual which comes with the ditbn) it works!! Imagine that!!
(I had some very small bugs to work out. . . very small. . .install took about
30 mins not counting stupidity time) So, once again, I was happy with SuSE's
product, even though I remain less than enthusiastic about their
public/commercial presence. Obviously though, a good product (should!) trump
a good image. Lets keep our collective fingers crossed.
