Although the account I use is a member of the dialouts group I can't use
ppp-up from it. The reason is that the /etc/suseppp/options.generic
file is created with only -rw------- permissions. Of course I can
change this but each time suseconfig runs it sets the permissions back.
No doubt it causes a security loophole to make this file's permissions
-rw-r--r-- too.
What is the correct way of allowing any user to use ppp-up?
