You said you had it. Otherwise get it.

So you have the 'required' version, don't you?

In general, 'latest' in the kernel sources (here Configure.hgelp) is used
as a synonym for the version mentioned in Documentation/Changes.
However, it will seldom harm to upgrade to the really latest. That's
what I'm doing. I always assume that the latest is the greatest. There
may be bugs fixed :-) and also new ones be introduced :-(. But there
may also be new docs, FAQs HOWTOs etc.
