I removed the line 'Modem Lock File' in kppp setup but that didn't really
give me resulta that were satisfactory. It still died (unexpectedly).
How exactly do I remove 'Lock' from /etc/ppp/options ? I'm going through a
book called "Mastering Linux" but I didn't reach the part where they explain
how to edit files yet. They do explain some basic things but they don't
really go in depth.
