Without X, I have to use s2ram -f -s -p. It resumes ok, only with some green
lines on top of display (more or less the same part where is suse logo). After I
switch to second console and back to first one, image is perfect.

s2ram -f -s or s2ram -f -a 0 resumes with blank display. When options -a [12]
are used, machine reboots instead of resume.

Yes, tg3 driver is used.
