This machine can be identified by:

This machine is the Dell Inspiron E1705 with the nVidia Geforce card in it.
s2ram works perfectly on it with no real configuration done. Brings the
wireless and the video right back up with no issues.
This has been the easiest to get working suspend solution yet.
