powersaved i no longer doing cpufreq in 10.2

Hehe. Lucky me that pm-utils has very little SUSE specific stuff
and most of it is just upstream code :-)

But if you want to be constructive, you could either file a qualified
bug or just find out what exactly breaks your machine, so we can fix
it.
