Yes. We did quite some changes (cpufreq stuff moved from powersave to HAL,
suspend handling moved from powersave to pm-utils) and it is not unlikely
that there are still some bugs left.
By reporting them in bugzilla (and it is best if you report one bug per
report, so please do one report for the cpufreq problem and one for the
suspend problem), we can track them and try to fix them.
