Hi Slobodan,

I'm not sure about the kernel bug report - I'll have to experiment at 
bit more to figure that out.  I was mostly focused on what it took to 
get s2ram to play, and I didn't keep track of first, second, third resume.

I'll try to figure it out and add the relevant information to the kernel 
bugzilla bug.

Once the s2ram table of known systems is updated with the nc4400 I can 
use s2ram via hibernate and have the modules unload and load 
automatically, so it'll work then.

BTW, I'm using Debian testing with kernel 2.6.18-4
