Added, too. Somebody needs to find out how to restore the screen expansion
stuff, but that is "minor" for now.

Can you try if "-p -m" or "-m" still work if you switched to the nvidia? If
it works on both cards, we can just unconditionally add it. Otherwise it
is not possible with the current whitelist code.
