Using the 2.0 series of the Intel driver, suspend and resume works for
me on my IBM G40 without doing any additional fixups. Doing a VBE_SAVE
which was necessary with the older drivers is now actually harmful as it
will kill 3D capabilities.
The attached patch fixes this.
