Thanks for your marvellous suspend scripts, they work amazingly well :)
I thought, I should add an computer to your hardware list:
sys_vendor = "Hewlett-Packard"
sys_product = "HP Compaq nx6325 (EY350EA#ABD)"

bios_version = "68TT2 Ver. F.06"
I am running Kubuntu Feisty Fawn AMD64 with the last fglrx driver, kernel is
set to vga=0 and I am using s2ram -f -p -s to get the consoles and the preset
brightness back after resume.
