Biodiesel will mix with ethanol - it can be made with it, in fact. Your main and tickover jets will have to be set high or changed to a higher orifice, though. It will also mix with petrol, as a 2 stroke lubricant, but the exhaust fumes are not pleasant. Don't forget to use biodiesel as a biodegradable chain lubricant!
