Steve, Does the federal permit over rule the state regulations. They (B.A.T.F.) told me to check with my state beverage control board about state laws. My state (Alabama) has stricter regulations than the Feds and they also charge an annual fee of $100.00. They have a statement in the state code that says it must be a "continueous". What might this mean?
