Reinhard's comments were from a few weeks ago. More recent news of 
this project in Mali makes no mention of Jatropha. There's a recent 
article at the Diesel Technology Forum, if you have a closer look 
there you'll find it.

Same project I believe, it's not designed to spawn different 
incarnations, or at least not easily. Poor project design, as I said. 
If it's delinked itself from Jatropha that might make it more 
adaptible, not necessarily a bad thing. But nothing much happens, 
I've been aware of it for some time and there hasn't been any 
development or application elsewhere, as far as I can see.
