I am going to build a water heater style fumeless processor as described by Girl Mark. I am wondering if anyone has converted a natural gas or propane hot water heater into a fumeless biofuel processor. I live off grid, and an electric hot water heater conversion would max out my solar/diesel generation capacity. I am guessing that it would only take a couple of gallons of propane to heat the oil. I am concerned about the safety of an open flame in a processor. Thanks for any response.
