Off topic, that's correct.
This particular "breakthrough" is not what it seems, i.e. it is not suitable
for energy production.
In concept perchance interesting.
If this was Nuclear fusion, the real thing, oil stocks would have plummeted,
and it would be all over the news.
End of story.
