Where is your facility? How much room do you have for expansion? Is
there a large enough supply of feedstock avaiable for conversion?
What is the debt load on your current facility? Can you build a
Commercially viable facility for $5M?
Are you the least bit serious about your proposition?
I've made no intentional attempt to belittle anyone making fuel for
their personal use at home.

I have no interest in going overseas. There is plenty of work to be
done in the US, if the government would step aside for a moment and
let us do it.

They claim to be a group of individuals wanting to invest their own
money. Whether they are respectable or not, I don't know at this time.

How can you determine whether it is a nugget or a rock, until you
pick it up and brush the dirt off?

Mine wasn't meant that way either. Some people are interested in
progressing to Commercial production. That takes money, whether it is
their own, or someone else's.
Are you interested in pursuing it, or were you just blowing off a
little steam? In the Real world, $5 Mil is not a lot of money for a
Commercial Enterprise.
I'll predict that there are numerous sticky strings attached to the
money. After repayment, they will still own a large portion of 'your'
business. That's the way it normally works.
If you think you have a seriously viable business plan, and need
financing, I'll write a letter for you.
