A grant of up to $200 000 may be available for a suitable proposal to build a plant to convert WVO to bio in Queensland. I believe that this would have to involve a company that includes a major WVO collector and probably a fuel distributor or one of the refineries. I am able to provide most of the technical expertise including processes that many seem to think are propietary but I don't really want to own a plant of this size and lack the business experience necessary in any case. Any locals want to help? Harry
