I suspect Ameren CIPS will be instituting a policy, where they will not accept cash payments in cash, below a certain denomination. I recall a case where it was revealed while US coins are legal tender, for amounts less than a dollar, but I can't find a reference to it.
In regards to nationalization. I suspect that those who now are reaping the profits, will be the ones reaping the profit, after any nationalization. Doug, N0LKK Kansas USA inc.
