Hi, there is a problem with distilled water (or reverse Osmosis). The trace elements are removed from the water. When distilled water is consumed, the trace elements are taken from the body to balance the water. You need the trace elements. Tap water is balanced water, so does not strip trace elements from the body (although I don't like consuming chlorine....
