Club Veg will be presenting a special presentation on Global Warming and
its impacts on NE agriculture, a lesser known repercussion of global
warming. Sylvester Johnson, Ph.D. will present why the negative impacts
on agriculture counter the increased growing season, as well as actions
that the general public can take to help mitigate greenhouse gas emissions.

Sylvester Johnson has a PhD in Applied Physics, and presents this
program in association with Museum of the Earth/Paleontological Research
Institute of Cornell University. He has presented at Cornell Cooperative
Extension of Cayuga County and Schuyler County, at Cornell University

Museum of the Earth, and a number of other venues.
