Thanks for the response and clarification. I've been trying to nudge any 
and all groups I know of into weighing in on this trail matter and 
didn't think of the ST group until too late. It's not a big deal since I 
think the state people realize by now that the positive opinion is 
pretty large and impatient. I'm going to a meeting with some of the 
officials today to see how/if we can spur them on a bit. It feels like 
Ithaca has been asleep for a decade; I wake up and find us absurdly 
behind in developments that looked imminent years ago. Again, thanks for 
writing.
