Welcome to the IthaCan Network!
Since Earth Day in April, the IthaCan admin team has been busy behind
the scenes getting members registered, planning our first project,
exploring the possibilities for a community kitchen and updating the
PreparedTompkins.org website.
And now we're ready to start canning.
Our kickoff project will be strawberry jam on June 28th, 9a-12p
(optional light lunch). We will assemble participants into smaller
groups. No prior experience is necessary! If you are interested in
