hi all, several others have posted looking for rentals so i hope i'm not continuing an unwanted tradition by trying to find sustainbly-minded people to live with us on our downtown property. here's what we posted on craiglist:

Only the upstairs is zoned for living space, the downstairs is for storage. Off-street parking (but bikes preferred!). Beautiful hand-made wooden table built into the dining area wall, open floor plan with semi-private bedroom space. Utilities are not included. Respectful, semi-attentive landlords with three kids that play in the shared yard. Raised-bed gardening, lots of fruit trees and bushes, great potential for co-gardening. Clothesline and good compost system ok for tenant use.
