Dear Jean and Friends--The really good thing about the downtown locations I
have proposed (new parking garage, open space to east of parking garage) is
that there is ample ADA compliant parking, elevators in the parking garage,
etc., to accommodate anyone with impaired mobility. The Farmers Market at
Steam Boat Landing is a sea of mud and puddles on a rainy day and hardly
ADA compliant. Tom
