I've been thinking about this for some time, and am very interested in
making it happen for the City at least. (I think one of my first
conversations about it was with Margaret McCasland, but I've also talked
about it with my wife Gail & a little with my neighbors as well.)

It would be important to include several stakeholders in the process
(neighborhood groups, etc., etc.) but I will make a note that George & Marlo
are interested in working on this. The City's Local Action Plan (to reduce
greenhouse gas emissions) group would, I'm sure, be interested in this topic
as well.
