FINGER LAKES STATE PARKS ANNOUNCE ACTIVITIES FOR APRIL 22, 2009
********SPECIAL EVENT********
Wednesday, April 22
3:00 P.M. 6:30 P.M., Buttermilk Falls State Park, Ithaca.
EARTH DAY FAIR. Join us in celebrating Earth Day at Buttermilk Falls State
Park. Enjoy a "Signs of Spring" nature walk on the Larch Meadow Trail (4pm),
numerous crafts and activities for all ages, a tree planting ceremony and plant
your own mini garden! Also learn how to compost and recycle properly at home
and at the work place. Lets come together to learn how to make our community a
healthier place to live, now and for future generations. Meet in the ball field
parking lot on Sand Bank Road off of Route 13.
All park programs are free and open to the public, no registration required.
