I hope this email finds you well. I am excited to invite you to a local foods event that I have been working on all semester. It was organized for one of my Hotel School classes and will be held right on Cornell Campus at Taverna Banfi. I have worked with two classmates to plan this event as a semester long project for HA3305: Restaurant Management, and am very excited to welcome spring with this delicious five course menu. I hope you can join us for this event -- featuring products from over a dozen local farms -- complete with wine pairings from Red Newt Winery on Seneca Lake.

I certainly recommend making a reservation. Please call (607) 254-2624 to make a reservation any time between 5:30 - 9:00pm. Feel free to froward this email on to anyone who you think might enjoy this celebration of spring.
